El Jimador has been one of my favorite restaurants in the Central MO area since they opened. I can always count on a good meal at a good price. I can also count on going out of there with a smile on my face, not only from the good food…

On a regular basis, whether its busy or not you get your food within 10 minutes or less. Their portions are more than enough and are very reasonably priced.
