Katie Hilton worked as the personal assistant to the deposed former mayor who's administration began most of the practices she now rails against. As the official voice of the LDR she has lowered it to yellow rag status.

I receive the "Daily Record" and the first thing read is the column by Katie Hilton. That is how I know what is going on. Thank you Mz. Hilton.
