I have lived in my current home for 10+ years and wasn't sure I wanted to sell for a number of reasons...I loved my home, the market is bad and I wasn't sure I would find a house I liked. We found a home we liked but we still weren't sure…

The maintenance men do a great job and I enjoy the exercise and pot luck and the social hour. I love and enjoy all the people who live here.

With very few exceptions any problem is taken care of immediately and in a professional manner. We have no complaints whatever. Outstanding land lords.
